- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs, learning to adapt your approach to different audiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, with clear metrics to track your progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, successful implementations and client satisfaction
- Polish – native or C1+, clear pronunciation, no strong accent
- English – ideally B1–B2 (used internally; customer communication primarily in Polish)
- Hunter’s Mindset: eager to prospect, chase opportunities, and win new business
- Confident in handling outreach calls, video meetings, and regularly connecting with prospects
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Initiative and growth mindset
- Sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, IT services, online platforms, or other digital solutions across B2B
- Proven sales achievements
